IRRESPONSIBLE PERSON!!

my winnie gave birth 2 months ago...
i had been giving away the puppies and in the end i decide to give them to the paws...
but on a guy said that he wan the pups..4 of em..ask us to help him take care till 7th MAY..but wat the FXXX...on 7th MAY he din bring back the pups to penang n giving stupid excuses...if he dun wan the pups also need to settled them b4 he go..but he didnt..just left the pups here n went back to penang..
then today afternoon the DBKL come n catch the dogs...all the pups being captured...
as if he bring them back to penang..as if he settled all the pups b4 he left..such thing wont happen...
